Ryan works with writers who seek to accomplish their own achievements of craft, and therefore he does no copy-editing or ghostwriting. Instead, he makes comments in track-changes bubbles in a Word document of your manuscript, and allows you to perfect the prose and to call it your own.

 

By addressing a myriad of craft issues--from characterization to narrative arc--he gives you the tools to improve and complete your book, and to become a better writer. 

 

His fee is $3.00 per page for a thorough critique of your book.  All text should be in Times New Roman, 12-point font. He accepts novels, short story collections, and memoirs. Seventy pages minimum. He also critiques manuscripts sent by mail.
